Our Company was established in 1985 by technocrat Mr. Sanjiv Agarwal who is a qualified Chemical Engineer & specialised professional in the design & manufacture of oxygen & nitrogen production plants & was trained under Dr.Boschi of Italy. We commenced manufacturing of nitrogen & oxygen production plant at our factory at New Delhi in 1985 and air seperation columns in Genova, Italy.
The designs of our plants were based on the process cycle of Linde & Claude which had been started by Dr. Boschi of Italy with their company ING. L&A. Boschi of Italy in 1930 and perfected with over 70 years of experience.
Nitrogen Plants
PSA Nitrogen generators:
We manufacture PSA nitrogen plants as per the latest technology & design of the Company ING. L&A., BOSCHI, ITALY. This technology has been proven all over the world for its working efficiency & trouble free operation.
Each gas has a characteristics adsorption rate that when adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve. CMS has large surface area containing volume of micro pores and passage ways. Oxygen has a higher adsorption rate than nitrogen .When compressed air enters CMS, nitrogen molecules are able to pass through this large surface .and oxygen molecules are adsorbed to the surface area.
What is Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) ?
• A technology used to generate non-cryogenic (gaseous) Nitrogen on-site.
• Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) adsorbs Oxygen and water vapor molecules under high pressure - while allowing Nitrogen to pass through.
• Skid - mounted units can supply up to 75,000SCFH of continuous Nitrogen Products.
APPLICATIONS:
- Ferrous metallurgy: For electric furnace steel making ,blast furnace iron making, cupola oxygen blasting and heating and cutting, etc
- Non-ferrous metal refinery: It can improve productivity and reduce energy cost, also protect our environment.
- Water process: For oxygen aeration active mud processes, reaeration of surface water. fishes breed aquatics, industrial oxidation process, humid oxygenation.
- Others: Chemical industry production, solid garbage burning, concrete production, glass manufacturing, medical oxygen, etc.

working between 0.6 to 1.0 mpa.

• Outer Steel Casing:
Manufactured with frame for mounting exchangers and separation column,control etc.

In air circuit in copper alloy coiled type-multi pass with high heat transfer coefficient.Argon welded stainless steel casing and tubes expanded for leak proof.

In air circuit in copper alloy coiled type-multi pass with high heat transfer coefficient.Argon welded stainless steel casing and tubes expanded for leak proof.

Bottom Column:
Made out of Argon welded stainless steel with flanged ends for easymaintenance/repair with distillation trays of high efficiency with working pressureof 5 kg/cm2. The trays are dies fitted into the outer casing, which is Argon,welded.

Top Column:
Made out of Argon welded stainless steel with flanged ends for easy maintenance/repair with distillation trays of high efficiency with working pressure of 0.4 kg/cm2. Large interspace between trays for entertainment. The trays are dies fitted into the outer casing,which is Argon, welded.

Liquid Oxygen & Nitrogen Filter:
In stainless steel/copper alloy containing absorption materialand fine mesh filter complete with connection for regeneration.
Instrumentation:
Complete instrumentation for control of liquid levels/pressure and analysis valves. The digital electronic temperature indicator with scanner, accurate PT-100 sensor. The expansion valves are manual control with long stem type with pointer and index. For liquid level measurement accurate DP Guage Manometer,Panel Mounted is provided. Pressure gauges are German-Feibig.

All Coppers/SS alloy in interconnecting equipments inside cold box.

Insulation Materials:
The perlite is of sufficient quantity to insulate the cold box completely.

EXPANSION ENGINE (OIL FREE)
A. Single and double cylinder expansion engine, hydraulically operated with variable cam forautomatic control of pressure and temperature, this is also equipped with ball type valve at inlet and outlet which is proof for trouble free operation for years together complete with electric motor.
B. EXPANSION TURBINE:
Rotary expansion turbine with gas bearings can be used for air separation with gas bearings can be used for air separation plants with low pressure cycle.
LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP
There is one liquid pump, namely for oxygen.The oxygen is being pumped in liquid form and thus eliminated unnecessary equipment such as gasholders and Oxygen compressor. This pump has special design with SS jacket Argon welded with special jacket for insulation to avoid cold loss during pumping. This pump has special seal to prevent any oil carry over during operation. The oxygen purity is high and is bone-dry because this has been provided with special types of seals designed specially for this purpose complete with electric motor vee belts, fly wheel, pulley and guard.
